What we store

The information you put into the app: your workshop details, staff accounts, cars, customers, jobs, quotes, invoices, payments, photos and voice notes.

Who can see it

Only people you invite to your workshop. Staff see what their role allows. Technicians never see money. Photos and files are served through short-lived private links.

Sharing with customers

When you share a quote or an invoice, the person with that link can see that one document. Nothing else in your workshop is shared.

Marketing messages

Marketing consent is off unless a customer opts in, and the date and source are recorded.

Getting your data out or deleted

Ask us and we will export or delete your workshop data. Contact the person who set up your workshop, or reply to any email from us.
